26c3ca9e30 remove select_tool() call in paintto(). 
gtk doesn't seem to set the button masks in event state,
so we would always revert to standard tool again if the
pointer moves. makes it now inpossible to draw multi-
coloured lines, but so what....

61b14d2525 remove all XINPUT2 ifdefs. we're gromit-mpx anyway! 
for pre-XI2, people can use the original gromit...
