[Mobile] IN PROGRESS: Misc layout tweaks; treeview pane styling

Treeview pane darkened;
Spacing in frame tweaked;
#content-area in right pane hidden
when treeview expanded for
phone portrait only;
Removed mobile-pane and
desktop-browse classes from markup;
