* Create Notification E2E Test for dismissing the 'Save successful' dialog

* refactor: fix up types for NotificationAPI

* test: Add `createNotification` appAction

* test: add basic test for `createNotification`

* test: add stub for notification functional test

* Create clock using createDomainObjectWithDefaults

* Replace text-selection with button-selection

* Uninstall @types/eventemitter3

* Revert "Uninstall @types/eventemitter3"
