Address testathon issues relating to context menu (#2235)

* Support category arrays for legacy actions

* Fixed object path listener. Removed old context menus

* Removed old fullscreen action and Screenfull dependency

* Restore confirmation dialog on remove

* Restored tests

* Remove unused legacy policies
