e892d3d2be improve calculate_cost, consolidate constants, add example to readme 
* fix calculate cost fxn, consolidate constants, fix max prompt completion limits

* fix model name, update remaining prompt limits

* | only for Python 2.10+, but our dep only insists on 2.7+

* add usage examples

* add conversion constants for USD and cents

* add messages example to readme
